Consultation

During a personalized health consultation, Rucha works with the client to analyze his or her Ayurvedic Constitution, determine any imbalances in the three energies or humors (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) and educate clients in Ayurvedic living. 

Clients working with Rucha for the first time can expect the following: Clients fill out a health history questionnaire. During the initial consultation Rucha and her client discuss the questionnaire and evaluate or address any questions or concerns. Rucha uses the ancient technique of pulse diagnosis to detect the causes of any deep-rooted imbalances in the three energies. Clients are then educated on holistic health with individualized guidance according to their constitution. Any of the following may be recommended:
