Ayurveda Ayurveda is a Vedic Science, a Heritage from our world's Vedic tradition. 'Ayu' means life. 'Veda' literally means Wisdom. Ayurveda means knowledge for prolonging and attaining perfect state of health. Ayurveda is a natural way for achieving and maintaining optimum health. Ayurveda tells us that we should live in harmony with nature and follow simple natural regimen to bring about perfect natural health. Ayurveda provides us useful guidelines on making intelligent and timely lifestyle changes. Stress is the main cause of physical and mental diseases in modern life, Ayurvedic medicine is known to provide mental clarity and thus help in reducing stress. Ayurveda is not a religion or a religious belief. It’s an ancient philosophy which is easy to understand and implement in daily life.
