About Us

Ayurbliss was started in 2003 with the aim of providing personalized health consultations, comprehensive workshops, educative seminars and panchakarma therapies based on the authentic science of Ayurveda. We help remove toxins accumulated in your body and direct you to the path of Ayurveda wellness for mind, body and spiritual health.

Ayurbliss is located in Irvine, California.

Dr. Rucha Kelkar (BAMS) Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

Rucha is the Director of Ayurbliss. Rucha is a dedicated and classically trained Ayurvedic practitioner, educator and lecturer. 

She began her five and a half years of course work at the age of 17 and graduated from the prestigious University of Pune, India. She was conferred with the BAMS degree after the completion of her coursework.

After being practically trained under the guidance of renowned Ayurvedic physicians in India she started working as an Ayurvedic 

and Panchakarma Consultant in India. She has an experience of 

over four years in the field of Panchakarma, diet-lifestyle consultations and herbs. She worked as an Ayurveda and Panchakarma Consultant in India at a self-owned clinic. Rucha has also been conducting workshops on Ayurveda and educating people in India and America. She was associated with Integrative Medicine of Northern Virginia as an Ayurvedic Consultant and offered Panchakarma treatments at SpAyurveda, the health spa of Integrative Medicine of Northern Virginia. 

She still serves as a remote consultant for Integrative medicine of Northern Virginia. Rucha is the faculty member of Association of Ayurvedic Professionals of North America.

Amit Ketkar, BE

Amit is actively involved with Ayurbliss. He is a software engineer by profession but dedicated with his heart and soul to Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation. A true friend and well-wisher of mind, body and spirit health. He works on the literature as well as the software aspect of Ayurbliss.
